- Bank Cheque
- Personal Cheque (not for initial payment)

CASH IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF PAYMENT
DEFT Payment System
DEFT Payment System is the preferred method of payment. DEFT enables you to pay your rent by initiating scheduled, automatic credit card or direct debit payments with convenience, flexibility and security.
- Online or Phone Pay your rent via their secure website www.deft.com.au or by phoning 1300 30 10 90.
- Please contact your Laing+Simmons agent for details on registering and to obtain your reference number.
Money Orders / Bank Cheques / Personal Cheques
Money Orders, Bank Cheques or Personal Cheques can either be delivered to our office or mailed to us. If you choose to mail your rent to us, please ensure that you write the address of the rented premises on the back of the cheque.
